What’s going on good people, Vince here! A Chicagoan from the South Side, Chatham to be specific! A proud graduate from John T Pirie Elementary school, Morgan Park High School, University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (Bachelors in Community Health), and Depaul University (Masters in Nursing Science). As a young man I was blessed to come across incredible teachers, coaches, mentors, leaders, and role models that all took time to invest in my future and made significant impacts on my life! They went above and beyond their scripted duties to ensure I made it from POINT A to POINT B in whatever industry of life I embarked upon! Being the recipient of these wonderful stations of support truly inspires me to help provide the same experience for as many of our youths as possible! All children deserve that chance!

Over a decade of experience with coaching youth sports, teaching students on a academic level as well as total life skills, mentoring future generations, and curating networks of support for youth to help them achieve their dreams and aspirations is my way of paying it forward to the up and coming leaders in our communities. The works of the Right L.A.N.E Initiative will always exemplify the pillars of Leadership, Ambition, Navigation, and Empowerment! I created this organization to be a vehicle that helps our children find the right lanes in their life, and navigate through the map to their dreams! This is a purpose in life for me, and I love serving the future!
